Seascape Lodge is overlooking Tauranga's inner harbour and is located 20 kilometres north of Tauranga and 5 minutes south of Katikati in the Bay of Plenty on New Zealand's North Island. From Auckland, it will take approximately two hours to get there.
By Road
From Auckland
Follow State Highway 1 south over the Bombay Hills. Turn left onto State Highway 2 signposted Tauranga. Drive through Ngatea, Paeroa, Waihi and Katikati.
We are located just 7.7 kms south of Katikati. Turn left into Matahui Road from State Highway 2 and drive for another 1.89 kms until you reach a break in the shelter belt on the left side of the road.
From Tauranga
Follow State Highway 2 north for approximately 25 minutes and you will see Morton Estate Winery on the left. 400m past this on the right is Matahui Road. Drive along this road for another 1.89 kms until you reach a break in the shelter belt on the left side of the road.
By Air
Seascape Lodge is only a 25 minute drive from Tauranga airport which is easily accessible from major centres in New Zealand. Tauranga airport has 8 daily flights to and from Auckland and 5 daily flights to and from Wellington.
Here at Seascape Lodge we offer complimentary pick up and drop off from Tauranga airport. We can also arrange transfers from Auckland International Airport, only a two hour drive away.
